It's an idea that Apple is abusing the market charging 30% tax on content provider. They have a right to do so, but fact is that in iPones/iPads there is no equivalent for content provider to deliver news and other paid content than through an app. Apple controls the apps that go on the iPone through the AppStore. Fine again. But they now strictly prohibit Apps that link to external resources other than the Apple Marketplace, that amounts to unreasonably restrict access to the platform. Therefore the combination of facts is that Apple faces no competition on the market for providing content delivery facilities to its own platform and charging unreasonable royalties is both an abuse of the dominant position and the counterfactual than competition does not exist in that (limited) market.
